I recently switched from Xfinity mobile to Mint Mobile, since I switched I am not receiving verification text messages. I am able to send and receive other text messages without any problem. I have tried factory resetting the phone and still cannot get the verification codes to come to my phone.

The type of messages you're not getting are SMS/MMS messages. You can check Settings > Messages > and make sure SMS/MMS is turned on. If they are and you're not getting these messages, the issue is with Mint, who likely didn't provision your account correctly. Mint needs to fix it. It's almost NEVER an iPhone issue and not one Apple can fix as they don't send these messages.

Since these messages are delivered by your carrier, what did Mint Mobile say when you contacted them about your issue?
They first suggested turning the phone off/on, then had me reset the network connections which rebooted the phone thus ending their help on the matter. I was planning to call them back today but figured I'd search to see if this is a common issue first.
