Family sharing of the App Flowkey doesn't work

I have purchased the app Flowkey from appstore. I have family sharing. When the app is downloaded to another iPhone in our family group it isn't possible to login. The app wants to charge us for yet another purchase.

Family sharing purchases I have an apple family sharing account, I’m the organiser (mum) My son purchased an app which supports family sharing (procreate dreams) and I want to share this with the rest of the family. I log on to his iPad, settings >family>sons account > purchases > sharing is turned on. When viewing sons settings from my family organiser account is says ‘purchases - not sharing’ when I click through it say ‘son shares purchases’ In the App Store I can not see sons app purchases. Share Procreate with Family Member Hi, I just set up an Apple ID for one of my kids and I would like to share the procreate app that I bought. I have family sharing turned on and the kid's Apple ID is listed under family members. I have checked that everything looks ok according to the family sharing instructions I have found online but when I attempt to download the app onto the kid iPad I am being asked for pay instead of downloading it. I have shared this app with another family member previously. I am not sure what the next step is. Do I need to sign out of anything and which device needs to do what (Parent device or kid device)? Thank you for any help.

Can i family share a purchase from an Apple ID that is not a admin? I want to add my Apple ID to my family’s family group on an Apple ID and I want to know if I can “share” some paid apps to the family even if I’m not the administrator for the family? Basically can my dad access procreate using family sharing on his iPad if I join the family. thanks again

The app itself is free, and shareable. The subscriptions don't appear to be.
