purchased iphone13 promax in december2022 the battery

Purchased iphone13 promax on Dec 2022 after unboxing the battery was dead. The coverage was expired. I believe coverage starts when you configure your phone first time. The battery was supposed to be at50-60% when you first time unboxing. Please help.

It sounds like you purchased a used phone from an unauthorized Apple dealer. We are users, just like you. We cannot help you directly with your issue.


The warranty starts on the sale date of an iPhone. A product purchased new in December 2022 would have a warranty that expires in December 2023.
