A series 2 may well have an aged-out battery

is the best resource for this situation. If you've completed that troubleshooting and the issue is still not resolved, use the link in the article to Contact Support. Note that recent Watches without plastic protective packaging do not usually have film over the watch back or charging puck
My Newly Purchased SE 7 will not take a charge. I chose this watch because it had all the fall detection I wanted. I would like the same model with a new battery….one that will take a charge!

I have two Apple chargers; both are new, both have white discs, and I can’t remove that disc, as instructed. Help!
Are you sure? It will have really low tack adhesive. A fingernail is all it needs.
Watches in recent times have not had them, and no cellophane on the boxes either.
The white disc is very hard to even barely lift.
I think you may he taking the puck apart.

Thanks, LD 150. Those white discs won’t yield. Guess I’ll have to send it back for replacement….quite the pain!
