After I did the most recent update 16.2, every time I try to swipe away a page, it asks if I want to save it as a photo. It has never done that before and it is so very frustrating. How can I change it so that I can swipe away a page without having it go into photo mode?

Swipe upwards from the bottom edge - and not from the corners of the screen.
Diagonal (or near-diagonal) swipe gestures from the corners will trigger either the Screenshot (as you have described) or QuickNote functions.
