Business permanently closed

Hello my business shows permanently closed on maps but we are fully open . Anyone can advise ? I have logged in to my business page and made sure we are not marked closed

Use Maps. Open your location by entering the business name. Scroll down and choose "Report an Issue".

Business says permanently closed on Apple Maps I have finally been able to get my business listed on Apple Maps but now says the business is permanently closed and they put a website on my business page that isn't even mine. I've gone into Apple Connect to edit that we are open, I gave the hours of operation and tried changing the website but it will not change. Under Details it has Hours: Permanently Closed, then it has Service Hours which are set to what I put down. This is ridiculous

Business showing as Permanently Closed on Apple Maps Our business has been marked as permanently closed on Apple Maps I have claimed the business previously on Apple Business Connect and on there it says that we are open but on Apple Maps it is saying we are closed. I have had no email or alert to notify me of that someone had reported us as closed I have reported the issue on the maps app. I am very annoyed that this change can be made without any sort of notification or allowing me to deny the change as I am listed as business owner on the Apple Business Connect Can anyone help me to get this changed back ASAP and also stop this from happening in the future.
