I have this WD external hard drive, I encrypted it with password. It was when I was using Monterey.
I updated to Ventura and after some week plugged my hard drive in but it is not accepting my password, not mounting.
Anyone else facing this problem? WD said its apple issues.

How is the external drive formatted?
Is there WD proprietary software invovled?
No, wd software was not involved. Apfs Apple encryption
