iOS 16.2 (and previous) Timer Alarm Not Working

I read another user’s post regarding iOS 15.4, hence the “and previous” in the title. I have an iPhone 13, and I have the same problem. Not only have I overslept on multiple occasions for important events, but I also literally just sat beside my phone while it vibrated for 0.05 of a second and went to the snooze screen. It was supposed to be a reminder that is set for 9 pm every day, and has been for the past several months. This is not the only time I’ve watched my phone completely miss alarms.

What iOS version were you on prior to iOS 16.2?
