I updated to Ventura 13.1 on my MacBook Pro. Many issues. Is there any way to uninstall the update and go back to the previous version. TY

I'm not sure about your "issues", though if you have TimeMachine backup, you can downgrade to previous version of macOS easy, but if you don't, you need to reinstall macOS with Recovery Mode which no effect on your personal data.
