Hi i was just wondering if there's anyone who could tell me how i can turn off my NFC tag reader because I accidentally turned it on lol.

How I turn off or block NFC tags 2023 purchased iPhone 13, very dissatisfied. I hate those NFC tags, is insane the amount that I am getting and ruining my experience when using the iphone, I turned off notifications for all apps except calendar, phone and text, reviewed every app setting, I don't use apple pay (is off), don't have any cc storage on the phone. My location is off for most of the applications except when I use maps (I don't use uber neither any of those apps). I go to the gym, use iTunes (only music that I purchased, notifications off and location off) but in all my workouts I got NFC tags notification for Halo cloud (I never signed and have no interest on them and I don't want they to track my information) those NFC show to be linked with Safari which I turned off (notifications, tracking, siri...) I even try to get rid of those notifications disabling Java in Safari but is like a monster they keep popping. Can somebody help. let me know how I can get rid of those NFC tags?

when is NFC on? The NFC chip in an iPhone allows easy ApplePay. No wifi or Bluetooth needed. Everyone says that the NFC chip defaults to "on". But on my iPhoneSE, in the Control Panel, I found it turned "off". I never turned it off. What's the deal? Is it on by default or not?
