How to not sync iPhone photos to ipad

Hi,

have just orderd a new iPad and so not want my iPhone pics / iCloud pics to sync to the new iPad, as it will use all the memory up.

Any recommendations on how to do this before it stands automatically?

If you don’t wish to synchronise your iPhone photos to your iPad, you’ll simply need to disable (if enabled) iCloud Photos on your iPad after performing the initial setup:

Settings > [Your Name / AppleID] > iCloud > Photos > Sync this iPad - set to OFF

Once disabled, any photos that have already transferred to your new iPad can be deleted from your iPad Photo Library.
