Apple Watch screen time
I can’t put in my screen time passcode on my watch’s anymore when I click on an app to put my password in for.

So to make sure that we understand, was the watch not accepting the password or was the screen not responding? And this was your Screen Time passcode as opposed to something like the watch's lock code, correct?
If this is the Screen Time passcode, does the same code work elsewhere such as on your iPhone? If not, then you may need to reset it through the steps listed at: If you forgot your Screen Time passcode - Apple Support
1. Go to Settings > Screen Time.
2. Tap Change Screen Time Passcode, then tap Change Screen Time Passcode again.
3. Tap Forgot Passcode?
4. Enter the Apple ID and password* that you used to set up the Screen Time passcode.
5. Enter a new Screen Time passcode, then enter it again to confirm.
