YouTube is not downloading in App Store

YouTube does require iOS 14 in order to be updated. You can find more information here: YouTube: Watch, Listen, Stream on the App Store. Check Settings > General > About and make sure your iPhone is running iOS 14 or higher.

If the iPhone is on iOS 14 or above, you may also want to try connecting to Wi-Fi to download the app.
