My wife and I have identical iPhone 14's. We live in a very rural area where the mobile signal is usually 0 to 1 bar so we use Wi-Fi calling. Calls are fine - but - while I can receive SMS messages ok my wife can not. We did a stare and compare in Settings and things are equal. Any suggestions on what else we should look at?
She may not have an SMS plan enabled by her carrier for the SIM/eSIM that she uses on her device. Apple Inc does not provide SMS services.
