Sleep mode
I want to track my sleep but I need to be able to receive calls during sleep mode. Is this possible? Can I track my sleep with using the sleep mode?

Yes, but it pertains to Settings in the Focus of the iPhone.
I too, have to be able to receive calls 24/7. I have my focus set up to allow all calls. What I don't want, while I'm asleep, is all the notifications coming in from text messages, emails, or any apps. I have those programmed to be silenced.
From your phone... Set them up by going into Settings, > Focus
