Family Sharing Share purchases from parent different than the organizer

Before we create the family group, my husband bought different apps/in app purchases for the kid‘s tablet. Now we have a family group, but I‘m the organizer. They can see my purchases but we can‘t access my husband ones.

Is there a way to transfer them. We have a lot of purchases in both accounts!
