iPhone 8 plus turns off by showing red lines on the right of the screen while the sensor that allows the phone to turn off the screen in calls

Hello,

See this:

"The sensor is small, and dust accumulated over time might be one of the reasons for the proximity sensor malfunction. Use a clean cloth, preferably a microfiber cloth, and clean the display, especially near the front camera area, where the proximity sensor lies."
