I moved my OS from El Capitan to Mojave and in the process removed my administrative account. How can I get it back?

Is there a second user now in Sys Prefs>Users & Groups that is an admin & you can log into?
Thank you. That is what I ultimately did: make standard user with admin privileges (where the data was transferred) into the admin only and created a standard user to use on a daily basis. I have not figured out yet how to transfer all the settings etc to the standard user, but after I do that, I will use standard user on a daily basis (and not be required to sign in every time I turn it on). Thank you again.
You're welcome, but in Sys Prefs>Users & Groups>Login Options you can have it auto lgin any account.
