Money debited for Apple services on iPhone, how can i get it back?

i am also facing similar problem with google pay UPI payment mandate. I had subscribed for Disney Hotstar app subscription for 3 months. When 3 months was about to end I had cancelled the subscriptions in AppStore 1 day before renewal. Next day UPI mana date of ₹499 was triggered automatically on google pay app and the money was sent to UPI I’d appleseevices.bdsi@icici

Now there is no option to refund this amount anywhere as apple fails to detect this payment. It looks like a huge bug in UPI mandates payments in Apple Store in india

once transaction fails as it was not sanctioned by Apple your money should returned back to your account. It should take between maximum 1-2 weeks.

you mean if there is no purchase history in the App Store they will return back the money..

I have no idea what Phonepe is. If it doesn’t appear in purchase history it wasn’t a charge from Apple. You need to contact the provider of the app or service to cancel it.

Mine happened with Google Pay UPI Automandate and Photoleap trial - I cancelled the trial but forgot that I should cancel auto mandate, so lost the money. Hope it will get refunded automatically in 7 days. Any update on this? Or where should we escalate this?

Hi ! I had taken a free trial of LinkedIn Premium and i did also cancel the premium membership in the app before the free trial end date , but the money got auto debited from my apple account and I would like a refund.

I am using PhonePe app and I took Linkedin Premium One Month Free Trial. I have the free trial till 12th October, 2023. I cancelled the subscription on 10th October, 2023. But, PhonePe's Auto Mandate deducted Rs 1850 from my account. Then I revoked the Auto Mandate. Will I get my refund?

hey! im facing the same issue, i did go to apple support and clicked on refund but since its got autopayed from phonepe, its showing no purchases from apple, will it automatically get refunded within a week as most of you all are saying or should i raise a ticket or something?

My money got deducted for the services which I unsubscribed before the due date. If it’s like this I’ll wait for another 4 days and see if I get the money back.

or else can you please help me with the procedure where I can register this with Apple.

I am also facing the same issue. Money of rs.299 is debited from the account and there is no transaction history in apple services while i was trying refund service by apple. But got a credit note invoice, will it refund by 1 week or not?

I have faced same issue . I have paid for annual subscription of google storage but it is neither showing in my Apple purchases nor the storage has been upgraded yet. . My money was sent to the same UPI ID as shown in your picture .

I use an app called yousician which i subscribed for a premium plan. The

trail was supposed to end on 17th march 2024...i didn't have money at

that time but i got my salary last night...so i paid for it last night

which i had to update payment and add fund on the the apple id. the

transaction became successful on last night itself but right now this

morning theres been made a second transaction itself on UPI autopay

method... so the the payment been made twice. can i get a refund??
