We're glad you reached out to us, and we'll be happy to lend a hand with Mac Mail.
It sounds like you are having to constantly select not junk to get some mail in the Inbox. Have you tried looking at and changing any of the junk mail preferences? You'll find the link below if needed. It goes over the different settings for junk, and shows you how to reset the preferences if you feel mail isn't being handled correctly.
