Ringing sound problem

Hello, I am the owner of Iphone 11 pro max, but since two months I have a problem with sound from ringtone in incoming calls. When someone calls, the phone screen shows the phone call, but there is no sound. It started happening twice a day. The phone is updated to the latest version ios 16.2.

I tried different methods-soft reset,hard reset,reset all setting,do not disturd focus mode off and another methods from internet.

If anyone has the same problem please share and give advice for solving the problem.

I read in a forum that the whole series iphone 11 has this problem.
