Problems with Java - MacOS Ventura 13

Currently, I am having problems opening Oracle SQL Developer, and when running the `java -jar` command to execute a jar file in my MacPro 2019 with Ventura 13.

The problem is when executing them, the app is starting and then freezes without any errors. Sometimes I can see the initial screen as loading the app, and then freezing.

I have removed all java versions and installing again (with and without sdkman).

Do you have any information about how to try to solve it?

I have checked and removed any JAVA_HOME, versions of Java, and reinstalled them. When freezing, I need to Force quit.
