90% of the page goes blank when scrolling in apps.

It’s happening in the Amazon app, Facebook, buzzfeed. I’ve updated the apps and the iOS. This has been going on for several months now. Any idea why or how to fix it? The one answer I’ve seen on this forum basically said to update everything which I’ve done.

To contact a web publisher —> Scroll Down to the bottom of the web page. You will find: Contact Us, Help Center, Support, Terms of use etc.
