Would like to sent my pictures to Apple of my watch

I was told to send the pictures by Apple support. I bought my phone and boost mobile and I bought my Apple Watch and a palmshop.. it was working fine but I turn off my phone and restart it but I knew I did the same with the watch. I didn’t know about the email being there stuck. It is an old email and I would like to use my Apple Watch now. It has become very difficult, they told me to take pictures and send them as proof and I did what I was told
