Apps missing from “Always Allowed” list on iOS 16.3

I just upgraded my iPhone 14 to iOS 16.3. The list of apps that I can mark as “Always Allowed” is missing some apps installed on my phone and which I use daily.

For example, Amazon Chime as well as two apps from my employer.

I also don’t see these in the tracking for the screen time.

How do I get all apps to appear?

Thank you for the screenshot.

Than you for clarifying your post.

Getting an App to Be Showing in "Allowed Apps":

Visiting the App Store, do you see this app? Viewing your Home Screen do you see this app? If it is not downloaded, then it would not show up. So, download it, if not installed. See if it them pops up. If already downloaded, then uninstall it, and then reinstall it. To uninstall it, hold your finger down on the icon until it wiggles, and then tap the white-encircled "i".

Reset the Home Screen Layout:

If widgets are not working as they should or have gone missing somehow, then you need to reset the Home Screen Layout...

Go Here: Move and Organize Apps on iPhone - Apple Support

You'd have to add back all the widgets that you can recall being back on there. So, write down what is currently on the Home Screen.

Scroll to: Reset the Home Screen and Apps to their Original Layout

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: General
  3. Tap: Reset
  4. Tap: Reset Home Screen Layout
  5. Then... Add the apps back

Contact the Developer:

No. If a company-owned device, or a company-maintained Apple Account, then screen time would most likely be used. As for getting this to show up, it might be on the Developer’s part. So, contact the Developer asking them why this is occurring. You’ll find their Contact Us info in the app’s site of the App Store.

Thank you for your willingness to help.

When you tried it yourself, did the Amazon Chime app appear in the Always Allowed list?

I ask as the app is on the App Store, I have it installed and accessible thru my Home Screen, and, following your suggestion, deleted it from my phone then reinstalled it. The app doesn’t appear in the Screen Time Always Allowed list.

Separately, since you asked about the App Store, I thought I’d double-check: are you saying that the Screen Time feature doesn’t work on corporate apps? As you know, those aren’t available to the public thru the App Store.
