Songs playing more quietly on phone

Why are the recent songs I download off itunes so quiet?

Since 2022, and this year, every song I download sounds more quiet than other songs i've purchased like from 2020 and 2021. Well, most songs I bought last year were quiet, some were not. But I recently bought a few albums and singles this week, and they are only quiet when I move them to my android phone. It's only the recent songs. I have bought songs off itunes in previous years, moved them to my phone and they sound as loud as the rest that havent been purchased off itunes.

I don't have sound check on. I haven't messed with any setting that would alter sound. I listen to music on Windows media player mostly, and sometimes on itunes, and when I play them back they sound the same volume, no matter what program I play on my desktop. So, no issue there. But it's just when I move files to my phone to play in my car via bluetooth, is when all my recent music sounds quiet. It is super frustrating to get in the car, start playing music and all your current stuff is quiet compared to the majority of the songs in my collection. I looked at the settings in my phone, and it's nothing with that, as i have older songs that play at a normal level. I just don't get why the recent stuff is so quiet sounding on my phone.
