Can I use Time Machine to recover 1 app and associatd files

Hello

One of my apps got corrupted and files gone. How can I use Time Machine to recover just the app and files from 5 days ago?

Never had to use Time Machine before.

Restored the app but not the files. It was 1Password so none of the logins restored.

Maybe some library where they might be stored?
