I had a discord nitro subscription and I have credits, but because of the ongoing subscription with Apple through discord I lost my natural and lost my tag. Can I cancel the subscription so I can be able to accept my nitro

so I basically lost everything because of this issue I need to be able to change my natural plan but I can’t do it because apparently Apple is trying to charge me on a plan but I don’t need to be charged on it because I already have a plan fix this cancel it or something because because if you guys I’m losing my tag and I paid a lot of money for it
