Scam??

My iPad/iPhone settings is asking me to CONFIRM IPAD/IPHONE passcode to keep using iCloud.

why? The passcode is entered every time I use the devises either by FACE recognition on the iPhone X or fingerprint on my iPad Pro. As far as I know my iCloud is working without the confirmation requested and apple is charging me the monthly fee every month.

Im not going to make such a confirmation request as I’m afraid it’s a SCAM.

I need APPLE to tell me what to do and how to remove such a request appearing on the SETTINGS.
