My phone i use is lost and i am using an old phone. My apps are requiring iOs 15.0 and i have 12.5 and how do i get 15.0 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

If it’s running 12.5 it is not a 6s. It is a 6 or a 6 plus.
Use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
If your unit is on 12.4.2 through 12.5.7, it isn't an iPhone 6s or capable of 13 or above.

So it isnt capable of iOs 15.0 if it is a 6s?
An iPhone 6s can be updated to 15.7.3, but won't be on those versions of 12.
