So SOS showed up and I’ve tried everything I have read. My husbands phone is fine. In settings is my Carrier supposed to read Carrier Lock, SIM locked? I just can’t figure out what happened. My bill is paid etc. and my husbands phone is fine.

SOS showed up driving over a rural pass and it won’t go away. It’s never happened before. I have tried troubleshooting. Reset network settings, on and off etc. my husbands phone is fine.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 16

Troubleshooting would next include contacting your carrier so they can check their end, too. If you see No Service, Searching, or SOS on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
