Would you happen to have another watch charger by chance? I wonder if the charger is bad.

What about the transformer portion that plugs into the wall? Would you happen to have another one of those that you used to use for an old phone? Can you try plugging the watch charger into it?

How about a USB port on a computer or laptop instead of another transformer?

Do you have any friends that have Apple watches by chance? Maybe you could run to their place and try it on their charger.
