AirPods Pro (1st Gen) Case struggling to charge
Hi, I recently received some airpods Pros as a Christmas present so I've only used them for just over a month, Ever since I began using them I noticed an issue that sometimes I'd put the AirPods Pro Case on charge and they are signifying they are on charge (hence the orange light illuminating for a few seconds and the lightning bolt on my phone when I open the case) however when I leave them for a period of time to let them charge I come back to check the percentage my case is on and it has not increased, but the charging symbol is still there. it is very rare that they will charge. at first I thought it may be something to do with the battery optimisation setting which I tried with that turned off but it made no difference. I've also tried multiple Apple official charging cables that are both USB and USB-C however nothing has changed, I've also tried a different wall socket and used my laptop and power bank to see if theres any difference but nothing has changed. (when I used the power bank however I did notice that once the orange light on the case has stopped illuminating the power bank turns off which it should not do meaning the AirPods are not getting any power) I have reset the AirPods and checked for firmware updates where I do believe in 5B59 the update for the AirPods Pro improved the precision of the battery shown for the AirPods as I seem to recall previously in 5B58 it was slightly miscalculated however even after the most recent update there is no change. Furthermore after trying to fix and figure out the issue myself I took them into one of Apples premium resellers to have them fully checked as I mentioned the issues I was having to them. After leaving it with them for a few days they did some resets, battery tests and charging tests however they said there is nothing wrong with them and are charging as per normal. so I thought maybe its just me and when I went to charge them again a couple days later, the same issue resumed and are struggling to charge no matter what I try. I've even tried using an unofficial Apple cable to see if that worked but it did not. I've checked inside the charging port to see if anything may be preventing the case from charging but nothing is blocking the pins as they are virtually new. I was running into these issues myself but when I had them checked nothing was wrong so I just left it and tried to deal with it. Then update 5B59 was released hoping something may have fixed it but no luck. It may take me 30 minutes to an hour to keep unplugging and trying different cables until they finally start charging which I know is not healthy for the charging port. there might even be times where I plug them in and are charging and then I come back a while later to check if they are fully charged and have stopped charging at the same percentage as since I last checked. I thought I might just have to deal with it up until today I drained the case completely and they would not charge as much as I tried so they basically became unusable which I think should not be happening at all, which is why I need your help.
I hope you understand.
Thanks
