Assistantd wants to use the "login" keychain after deleting all Local Item Passwords

I've started using a 3rd party password manager.

I deleted all of the Local Item Passwords from Keychain.

I had to have a new hard drive installed 2 days ago and since then I've been getting the Assistantd wants to use the "login" keychain since.

Is there a way to stop this from coming up?
