Why is my message appearing differed (shown in pic)

This screen looks to be where you could change the output source from your iPhone speakers to another device of yours.

This article explains this a bit more in detail, but this would apply to outputting to other Apple devices as well such as Apple TV, Macs, other iPhones/iPads, etc... Switch your AirPods to another device

Do you have a different output connected to the iPhone? Do you have a different profile for your iPhone that might be using the same name? Is there another iPhone in the area? If you are with a friend with an iPhone, at a coffee shop or some other location, it may be seeing someone else's iPhone.
