If your iPhone is displaying 12.5.7, it's an iPhone 6, not an iPhone 6s, and isn't capable of 13 or above.

If it's displaying an earlier version, open Settings, go into VPN & Device Management, remove the beta profile, restart the unit, and run Software Update again.

Your profile at the bottom of your post tells us that you have an iPhone 6......not an iPhone 6s. The best that the iPhone 6 can do update wise is iOS 12.5.7.

That is why you see that your phone only offers an iOS 12.x.x update.

If you need to run a higher operating system like iOS 15 or iOS 16, you will need a new phone.
