Hi!

I wanna change my apple id email, i try to follow this guide Change your Apple ID - Apple Support

but this is don't work for me because after typing new email i got error

what I'm doing wrong ?

This email address is being used by another Apple ID or as an alias for you. If you haven't used this email address as an Apple ID, or as an alias, please Contact - Official Apple Support for further information and change your Apple ID password
