I need help to figure out my iphone 7plus requesting for passcode

The wrong passcode was entered too many times, so now you must erase / reset the phone and then set it up again.
If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support
If you have a current backup for the phone, you can use that during the new setup process so the phone will look like it did before you forgot the passcode.
