Hello FlavisDem,

It sounds like you've been through these steps, but they did not resolve your issue activating your phone number for iMessage or FaceTime: Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support

If these didn't solve the issue, then we'd confirm that you're not using a VPN or security software on this iPhone, as they may cause connectivity issues: Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support

Also, we'd confirm the phone number is the same in the following location on your iPhone:

  1. Go to the Settings app
  2. Tap on Phone
  3. Tap on My Number
  4. Make sure it's reflected correctly here.

If not, update your phone number and then try activating iMessage and FaceTime again.

  1. Go to the Settings app
  2. Tap on Messages
  3. Tap on Send & Recieve
  4. Make sure the phone number is correct here.

Should you continue to have issues, then it would be best to contact Apple Support directly: Contact Apple Support

They'll need to take it from here.

Wishing you well, take care.

Hi FlavisDem,

We know you want to get everything in working order so you can enjoy your new iPhone. Do you see your phone number listed in the section showing how you can be contacted? Did you change your phone number?

In the article below, make sure the phone number is set up correctly.

Set up your phone number

On your iPhone:
1: Go to Settings > Messages and make sure that iMessage is on. You might need to wait a moment for it to activate.
2: Tap Send & Receive. If you see “Use your Apple ID for iMessage,” tap it and sign in with the same Apple ID that you use on your Mac, iPad, and iPod touch.

3: In the "You can receive iMessages to and Reply From" section, make sure that your phone number and Apple ID are selected.
4: Go to Settings > FaceTime and make sure that your phone number and Apple ID are selected in the "You can be reached by FaceTime at" section.

Reach back out if you still need help.

Take care!
