how do I switch accounts on Apple Store?
I want to switch account but I keep on getting the same one over and over again

Switch accounts for what exactly?
You are expected to be signed in with one account, and use that for all your purchases.
All purchases are tied to the account they are made with and in the case of Apps, the will always require it to update.
You can go to the Store or Account Menus on the Mac App Store, Music App and Tv Apps, and click on the Sign out option, and then Sign in with the account you wish to use. But again, apps will forever be tied to the Apple ID that downloaded them.
