Loggin in and out of iMessage account on ipad
Can my wife tell that I longed into her iMessages on my ipad, how do I sign out of iMessage on ipad

When logging into iMessage or FaceTime on a new device, a message is sent to other logged in devices notifying of the log in. The message would say something such as ‘Your Apple ID and phone number are being used for iMessage on a (insert device).’
To sign out of iMessage on iPadOS go to Settings > Messages > Send & Receive. Then tap on the Apple ID at the bottom, it will be smaller than the other text, and sign out. Also, check to be sure FaceTime is signed out as well, as those activations can be tied together. Settings > FaceTime and under the Caller ID listing should be the Apple ID to tap on and sign out.
