Is there a known problem with ios16.3 regarding receiving emails?

Is there a known problem with ios16.3 regarding receiving emails? Both my husband and I have done the update and since then we keep getting an error message saying cannot connect to server . I have tried all fixes and spoke to Sky who said to contact you directly as it looks to be an issue with iOS 16.3

Unable to send emails- outgoing server failed to connect I am unable to send emails because apparently the outgoing server has failed to connect or something like that. I’m not tech savvy at all. I use a new iPad. I do not have VPN. Any suggestions on what I might do to get this fixed? Thank you so much in advance.

I had this issue with 16.2, not 16.3.

Removing and re-adding my mailboxes helped
