Can not remember my numeric code
I have an Iphone13 Pro Max and I cannot remember my code to in lock this phone to erase my info before sending it back?

If you have forgotten your iPhone Passcode, then the device must be restored. If you are still signed in to your Apple ID, you will need to enter your Apple ID password AFTER the phone has been restored. If you don't, and just send it back - then it won't be able to be opened, as the phone is locked to your Apple ID.
So, restore your iPhone. Set it up again - in that process you will be asked to enter the code for your Apple ID.
