Apple ID Server verification failed, unknown server

Hi, I haven't used my macbook for 6 months and changed my apple id password because I forgot the older one and when I turn on it wont verify the server. I have tried to sign out, change the password (again), clear the keychain, and tried to reinstall the macOS but it stuck to 2 hours 19 minutes. none of the solutions from internet work for me. I am this close to create or change my apple id but I think that wont help. What should I do? please help me, I'm clueless and all the tech/software guys cant help me, I am dead.
