Is there a way to delete move/exercise/stand data?

Is there a way to delete move/exercise/stand data or entire days of data? There are two days in 2021 that went haywire and it said I did over 500 minutes of exercise. My move and exercise records are impossibly high and I never actually did that. It’s incredibly frustrating.

Thank you, that was really helpful! It is still showing that data in the fitness app for the rings and the award records though. Is there a way to delete those as well?

  1. Open the Health app and tap the Browse tab.
  2. Tap a category, such as Activity.
  3. Tap a subcategory, such as Steps.
  4. Tap Show All Data, then tap Edit in the top right-hand corner.
  5. Tap the Delete button next to the record you want to delete. You can also tap Delete All to delete every record.
