Extreme battery drain with a particular game app, all others ok

Hi, my iPad Air three is acting fine for most part and up to date and everything. And battery is normal with daily usage and other apps…except one game app all of a sudden this past week. This one game app I’ve been playing three years and never had an issue with before is now severely draining down battery power at one percent every 45 seconds when I’m on the app. No other apps I use do this whatsoever. And everything else is pretty much fine, except for this bizarre strange severe battery drainage with this one game app. I’ve tried reinstalling it and lowering ingame quality controls and all I could think to do. I don’t know what else to do, maybe someone has an idea of what could be going on??? Thank you.
