Apple Mail Crashes after Ventura 13.2

Nope, I do not have a "Cox account" - experiencing the same issues after updating to 13.2.1 on a MacBook with Apple silicone - and this a simple, single, situation just trying to use one single "Exchange" account. When trying to launch Mail if stops at "updating Mail-database"... for a looooooong time (approaching 100h now). No freeze, other apps can be used, network OK, webmail OK, it's just Mail that keeps on doing whatever it does...

Good to hear! Sometimes just giving the data time to process is a good thing! Hope it continues to work as designed!

I'm crashing on 13.2.1

I upgraded to 13.2.1 and now I can't open my mail. "The import failed. An error occurred during the import. Make sure you have available space in your home folder and try again."
