When I use speaking in Messenger or iMessages to text it repeats what I say twice.

I messed around on my new IPhone 14 Pro Max phone last night and changed some settings. Now when I use speaking instead of typing while using Messenger or iMessages to text it repeats what I say twice. For example, if I say “good night” it types “ good night good night. If I text “How are you doing? it texts “How are you doing?” “ How are you doing?” Unfortunately I don’t know what function i used to make this happen so I don’t know how to stop it. HELP! My vision isn’t so great, which was why I was in the accessibility settings to begin with. That is why I use my voice to text. I do wish Apple would be a little more clear in defining what each function does.
