I have been trying to open, on my laptop, photos that have been taken with my iphone and are in the cloud. I have downloaded them from the cloud onto my MacBook Pro laptop. When I attempt to open them, I get the message "It may be damaged or use a file format that Preview doesn’t recognize." This does not occur when I attempt the same thing in my Mac desktop.
