Update Applewatch

Well... If this has been going on for four days now, that's about 95.5 hours longer than it took mine to update and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.

I've read where a person can go into the Watch app on their phone, General, Software Update and then delete the update file. I don't see that option in the screenshot you provided so...

I'd do a force restart on it.

Leave it on the charger, press and hold BOTH the digital crown AND the side button. Don't let go of either until you see the big white Apple show up on the screen.

Power off and reboot the phone too.

Did you already update your phone?

Is your phone running 16.3?

You can check by going into Settings in your iPhone:

Settings, > General, > About
